The President


Ms. Amavigan holds a Doctorate of Education in Human Services Administration and Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, a Bachelors Degree in English Language from University of Abomey Calavi, Benin, a Bachelors in Social Work General Practitioner, a Masters Degree in Social Work Administration, and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). She has worked diligently in resettling refugee families from diverse backgrounds through Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada and is currently a licensed social worker with the State of Nevada and actively provides social service needs and Behavioral Health Modification assistance to children and adults in the Las Vegas area, as a Social Work Consultant.

Ms. Amavigan’s areas of expertise include working with at-risk youth and their families. She is a social justice advocate who believes that education is a key to self-sufficiency. She also believes that through an international educational organization such as Hidden Talent Foundation, people can come together to help every child realize their educational talent and promote the cause of good education and assist children and young adults to a road to self-sufficiency.
